The Role
As an Executive Search Consultant at Sodexo, you will shape global talent strategy by partnering with senior clients to understand their organizational DNA and deliver complex leadership searches across international markets.
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments from briefing through placement.
- Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier leadership.
- Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.

- Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment consultancy.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a polished professional presence.
- Deep knowledge of international talent markets and sector dynamics.
- Self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and culturally sensitive.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
