The Role

As an HR Compliance Specialist at Sodexo, you will safeguard professional standards and regulatory adherence, navigating complex international employment legislation to ensure our operations and client solutions remain robust, ethical and compliant.

  • Monitor and analyze labour laws and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal processes and client engagement protocols to ensure full compliance.
  • Develop and implement robust HR policy frameworks that mitigate risk and uphold ethical standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance to consulting teams on complex compliance matters and risk mitigation.
  • Manage regulatory reporting and internal stakeholder submissions, ensuring accuracy of data.

Who You Are

  • Strong background in HR compliance, employment law or corporate risk management.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence.
  • Experience navigating complex regulatory environments, preferably within an international consultancy context.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear policy documentation and strategic advisory.
  • Professional qualification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) or a degree in Law or Human Resources preferred.
